Download Festival is without a doubt a unique festival, the vibe that one person feels is of belonging, and camaraderie not just with friends but also with strangers.
Everyone looks after and respects each other, I have been there only for 2 years, and that was exactly what I felt, and I would gladly return.
Working there as a photographer, can be a bit hard due to the size of the festival, but it is a well worth experience.
There is a lot happening in all the different areas, and I certainly enjoyed watching and photographing NEXT Wrestling and Air Guitar competition..
Most of the bands are much more approachable and relaxed than other festivals I have worked.
Being a fan of this genre of music certainly adds to my personal enjoyment working in such a Festival.
